Unclouded brilliance: These are clear acrylic and polycarbonate recyclates from pekutherm. We specialize in the production of clear acrylic and polycarbonate recyclates: 100% sorted, clean, and free from dust. Our recyclates are used for example for the production of plastic products of the automobile and electronic industries or for special acrylic-based products of the chemical industry.

Our recyclates are available in all common grain sizes:

1. Fine regrind: 0,4 to 2 mm
2. Regrind: 2 to 10 mm
3. Coarse regrind: 10 to 30 mm

pekutherm recycles only A-grade sheet and offcut scrap originating from Germany-based plastics manu­facturing and processing companies. From delivery to processing, our trained and experienced staff checks the scrap for cleanliness and contami­nation by hand — every single piece. At our factory, we gently regrind and sift the material with high-quality Herbold granulators and special sifters located in dust-proofed rooms.

We process only one type of plastic per granulator to prevent an un­controlled contamination with foreign material from other batches. On request, we also supply the material as pellets or special re-compounds.
